Tips for Women

Know your body shape

Are you…an inverted triangle, an hourglass, rectangle, apple, or pear? Embrace your inherent body shape, and work with it.
Wear the right undergarments
Have a professional bra fitting to make sure you are wearing the right size and a style that will accentuate or minimize. Many women wear bras that are too tight. The proper fitting bra will make you look instantly more svelte and sexy.
Camouflage and accentuate with style
Keep the focus on your face by wearing a great color around it. Do you want to look thinner? Wear a monochromatic outfit. If clothes are too loose or too tight, you will look larger. Whatever area you want to diminish, wear darker colors, to emphasize, wear lighter colors.
Wear the right colors for you
Do you look better in warm colors (yellows and oranges) or cool colors? (blues and greens) Wearing your correct colors will make you look more attractive and vibrant.
Focus on hair and make-up, update on a regular basis
Wear colors that are yellow-based if you have a warm skin tone and blue- based colors for a cool skin tone. Seek a trained make up artist to help refresh your look and make up. Hairstyles and even color should be softer as we age. Hair color should work with skin tone too.

Fashion Tips for Men

Hey guys!

Do you look in the mirror, wish you looked hip, and cool without looking like you stepped out of a music video or “Saturday Night Fever”?

If you think you need some help, then you probably do.

If you don’t think you need help, then you definitely do!

So, read on for some great dressing tips...

Broaden your chest
Horizontal stripes will be your friend, and make you look wider; verticals will only make you look narrow. Layering shirts is another trick that will add dimension too.

Heavier, textured fabrics and knits will give you needed upper body bulk.
Check your neck
Thin necks need a wide spread dress shirt collar to give width while thick necks should stick to a regular point collars.

V-necks will make your neck look thinner, crew neck will emphasize thickness.

Turtlenecks on long necks only, makes a short neck look thicker and well …like a turtle.
Arms and the man
Thin arms look better in long sleeved shirts with sleeves rolled rather than short sleeves. Big biceps need full cut shirts, and often custom shirts are best to get a perfect fit.
Take my belly …please!
Vertical stripes will always make you look long and lean. Wearing darker and muted colors around middle are best to camouflage the tummy bulge.

Shiny fabric shirts will make the belly look bigger. Wear pants at your waist! Under the belly will make you look heavier.

Trust me on that one…
